Full text of the consent to the handling of personal data

Dear user,
We kindly ask for your permission to handle personal information as requested by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please, read the following text carefully, and then confirm your agreement.
As the subject of the personal data, I allow the Data Controller Karel Horák, 48987093, based in Byzhradec 75, 518 01 (further referred to as the Controller) to process my personal data in the extent of: name, surname and other names, phone number, address; as long as necessary with regard to legislative requirements, but for 10 years maximum after the permission is given.
All personal data is gained directly from each customer, who hereby grants permission to process and manage personal data to the Controller. The purpose of this personal data collection is service enquiry. Personal data is protected by technical and organisational means to prevent abuse and loss.
You hereby express your assent with the personal data handling stated above.
Your permission may be revoked at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the addresses specified in the contact information section of the company, the e-mail address of vanocnistromky-servis@seznam.cz or phone number +420 774 999 345.
